We offer three levels of IT Support Plans which are structured to suit the different levels of outsourcing that our customers are looking for.

Base Level Support

All our IT Support Plans include as a minimum:

  • Unlimited Remote & Telephone Support - Monday to Friday 8am - 6pm
  • Pro-Active Monitoring
  • 24x7 Ad Hoc Out of Hours Support

From our Base Level you can then build the plan that meets your requirements.

Level One

  • All the benefits of Base Level Support plus;
  • 4 Hour SLA
  • Remote Support Only
  • Option choice of additional Network Support
  • Optional Bolt On of Anti-Virus Support

Who is this for?

This Plan is perfect for businesses with:

  • c.5 users or less
  • standard IT Infrastructure and needs
  • a restricted budget

Level Two

  • All the benefits of Level One Support plus;
  • 1 Hour SLA for Business Critical
  • On-Site Support
  • Regular Reviews
  • Monthly Reporting
  • Microsoft Patch Management
  • Network Support

Who is this for?

This Plan is aimed at businesses with:

  • c.5 users or more
  • High level of dependency on the efficiency of it's IT

Level Three

  • All the benefits of Level Two Support plus;
  • Third Party Patch Management such as Adobe applications, Java and WinRAR
  • Fully Managed Anti-Virus

Who is this for?

This Plan would suit businesses with:

  • Over 10 users
  • Highly technical IT infrastructure with multi-layered operating systems
  • Total dependency on their IT for the business to function
