We are a small retailer so rather than having an in house IT team we appointed HMO. They have been reliable, approachable, patient and it was one of the best decisions we made. If there is any IT issue we just need to call HMO as our primary point of contact and they will liaise with our EPOS provider and web hosting provider and work with them to resolve it. HMO have looked at our Microsoft licenses and saved us money by changing us to a different licensing agreement. As a small, local business we try to use other local business and as such HMO know and have worked with our web hosting provider and our telecoms provider which means everyone works together extremely efficiently.
